Several people have asked if I had a website or blog, well honestly, I don't even have decent pictures of my pieces!!! I am going to start doing better but for now most of these were snapped on my cell phone either as I delivered them to the client or in the garage studio with a baby on my hip. I have  found a passion for painting and have really enjoyed sharing my work with others. Most of these were done specifically for someone, therefore the colors and size were determined by the client. I can always work with any look and the bigger the better! I love the transformation that occurs from a giant blank canvas to a work of art. The first group below all have the look of a "horizon." Most definitely abstract but could give a sense of looking at a skyline.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions.256-318-5607 or ginnyvick1@aol.com

The next collection reminds me of a cityscape. The one with pinks and grays is for a sweet baby girls nursery.

I am loving the latest group that I have been working on because they remind me so much of the south. I have called them "down south" or "the duck hole" because that's what they remind me of.  Once again, horrible pictures but maybe you can get the idea.

This group has worked well in most rooms and the largest was purchased for an office building.

My nests started when I found out I was expecting my sweet Annie and wanted something for her nursery that symbolized my three girls but was not too girly and over-the-top. A piece I could use in other rooms as well.  I have sense then done several for other families with multiple children.

This was a piece that like most of them...really took on a look other than what I originally had in mind doing the first strokes. Every piece begins to take its own shape and usually changes direction on me but this one went totally "beachy" and ended up being purchased for a recently renovated condo. Love how it looks!
